		<description>In Japan with their strict corporate culture, when workers are prohibited to use private email, cell phone and other stuff during work hours, it is hard to promote something online!

People just DO NOT go online! They prefer publish materials like manga, which they can read in the train on the way to work. 

Another side of this problem is that most of the digital communication is controlled by such companies like Dentsu. and like ALL big companies it is reaaaaaaly slow to accept changes in the quick changing world.</description>
