*NEW: An FAQ for the Metropolis Community has just been set up. Please look at it if you need some of your questions answered and if you don’t find what you’re looking for feel free to ask.
We’ve done a major overhaul to the Metropolis Community and we aim to make it more user friendly and intuitive for you all. The basic functions have stayed the same, but we’ve added more features. For example, the Groups can be extended into forums. We’ve done away with the Wire and split updates across 2 sections: Personal (what you’ve been doing) and Friends. You can also mention people (using @ in from of their username) and follow people like you can with Twitter.
Most importantly we’ve added Privacy settings so you can determine who can and can’t see your information, as well as control who is allowed (or not allowed) to contact you.
To access the Privacy settings go to your Profile (hint: click *your* avatar on the left) and from the menu on the left select Privacy. You can adjust your privacy settings from there.
We are just in a final stages on adding an FAQ for the new site. You can also go to the Support Forum to ask questions or report problems.
