If you’re heading down to Enoshima to catch a few rays this month, be sure to stop by at PangeaSeed’s Shark Love art exhibition at Gallery-T. Over 30 artists from around the globe have contributed work to the non-profit show, and proceeds from sales will go directly to help PangeaSeed raise public awareness about the need to protect sharks and preserve their habitat. The opening reception from 5pm on August 14 features music from DJ Yap, plus nihonshu and local veggie grub—well, it’s not like they were going to serve sushi, is it?
Until Aug 18, 10am-6pm. Free. Gallery-T, 1-9-10 Katasekaigan, Fujisawa. Nearest stn: Enoden Enoshima. See www.pangeaseed.com for more information.
