MotoGP is motorcycle racing’s top tier. The multi-million-dollar, 500cc prototype bikes pack 250 horsepower and weigh only a few pounds more. They go faster than F1 cars on the same tracks (210mph/338kph). Enjoyably narrated by an enthusiastic Ewan McGregor, this comprehensive doc, an update of Mark Neale’s 2003 Faster, concentrates on the great Valentino Rossi, but also touches on several of his speedy rivals. It also clearly explains some of the tech aspects and touches on the Yamaha/Honda/Moto Guzzi rivalry. The bike-cam footage is thrilling, the insights plentiful and the interviews candid. Vroom.
