Remember when Chaka Khan was in the group RUFUS and they gave us such hits as “Sweet Thing,” “Hollywood,” “Tell Me Something Good” and “Once You Get Started?” Well, the man who founded that group, RUFUS, Mr. Tony Maiden is in town performing at the Tokyo BLUE NOTE with the daughters of Chaka, (Milini Khan) Sly Stone (Phune Stone) and his own daughter (Amanda Maiden) , collectively known as the “Daughters of Funk.”
