I’m pretty sure there will be updates here soon too, but until then. This is the info I’ve got from Nikkei and other official websites.

According to the info released about one hour ago (23:06), some train services will be limited/suspended from tomorrow. All the train companies asking to avoid going to work tomorrow as much as possible.
ALL INFO HERE IS AS OF NOW (00:43, 14th) and MAINLY JUST FOR the 15th.

It seems like Ginza, Marunouchi Lines will work fully, and the other lines will may not provide direct connection services with other train companies, but except for that, everything is expected to be normal. They say there won’t be no air-conditioning in the trains to save energy.

In the “center area” (I’m not sure where exactly they mean) they have their own power supplies, except for Keihin-Tohoku Line(京浜東北線) and Negishi Line(根岸線), so there won’t be so much trouble in the central area according to them.
